Online Resources For Learning "real" Yoga..?

Does anyone know of specific YouTube channels or websites that offer guided yoga videos that are geared toward spirituality rather than flat abs and tight glutes? I watched "Awake" last night, the documentary about Yogananda, and I'm super motivated to try some of this stuff. Also plan to read the autobiography of a Yogi as soon as I finish my current book.

There's also a book on my book list that gives you EVERY SINGLE secret Kriya Yoga technique and tells you exactly how to practice them. But it's HIGHLY technical and demands serious commitment to get anywhere.

Most schools of Yoga are secretive and don't share their techniques with laymen. Which is why I love that book. It spills all the beans.

Hi there, 

I struggled to find a yoga teacher on youtube that would fit my expectations towards yoga as well.

Recently I found this one and have been my favourite.  Is called free yoga tv. You can find very complete classes (up to 1h full class) and choose from beginners, intermediate or advanced.
