Understanding Infinite Consciousness

I would like to share some of the thoughts I had whilst watching this video

At first it was things like being unable to reconcile the following statements:

I am a PART of the Universe
The Universe OWNS me
The Universe can make a car BETTER than any human can.
I AM the Universe.

Then towards the end of the video I had a strange thought occur to me - I'm actually already dead.  I can feel some truth in that statement but don't understand it.

I contemplated this for a little while but felt like if I went further with it I was going to just blink out of existence.  

Definitely something to rewatch many times.
