I have become more interested in the torus recently and have discovered from my research that it is a shadow of a 4d sphere, also it is the shape of the electromagnetic field of the heart so I resonate with this.

 I have not read it yet but sounds very interesting from the summary, so just throwing it out here, sounds like something to investigate. Thoughts?
