Is it an appetite or an actual need??

I feel like eating berries today/ I'm on a no-sugar diet. I'm practicing dispassion for food and appetite. I'm not pregnant or anything. I feel a strong urge to eat berries like strawberries. Should I act on this desire?

yeah it's very likely that I'm not having enough vitamins because my diet mostly consists of eggs veggies and tuna.

I really wonder: can you suppress this desire??

Is there ANY difference between appetite and desire???

Sounds like the question is whether you should start feeding your body properly or not. The answer is probably yes

@Michael569 thank you. I was just wondering even if i ignore those needs can I still be serene and content

I also I know nothing about my vitamin needs or anything. i'm at uni so i don't even have time for that, i just try to eat what i think is not too high in calories and organic
