Need help to find one of Leo's videos

Hello there , recently i watched a video of leo but I forgot the title and I couldn't really find it by searching on his channel so I hoped to get the help of you guys.
In the video, leo talked about how he was overweight and it crippled his confidence with girls so he started a journey to lose weight , he spoke there about some article on some fitness website he read that really motivated him to accomplish his goal.
I think the video was about motivation or vision but I'm not sure, I tried to search those keywords in the channel but couldn't find the video.

Any help?
