There is nothing to do

I watched Actualized.org's most recent video. There is nothing to do. Just do whatever you want. I don't get it, you tell people they need to do something. This is so destructive. It causes anxiety and pressure. There is nothing to do. 

A flower doesn't do anything, it just ... happens. 

The cheeky part is that actually doing something isn't actually doing anything. You're just a happening, happening.

Ok, so frame it in this way: he is teaching us how to do nothing.

 

It is not only applicable to spiritual but also to self-improvement. You want to get a job/bussiness to be present making that job/bussiness; otherwise you are desiring, you feeling anxiety, low self esteem, etc and this is doing a lot (you can have a lot of shit in your head just being sitted at home and "doing nothing" while working)
