Yeah, I have noticed addictive behaviour in every facet of my life since... It's funny once you take a distance of that character you play, to see it is doing the same thing over and over again on an uncountable number of levels...

Not true. When I stop smoking I get the sweats night and day, insomnia, lack of appetite and serious irritability. Sounds (and feels) like physical withdrawal syndrome to me. 

 

I felt like that when i erased facebook like 3 years ago.

I was so confused.

@Nani Same thing man, masturbation and cigarettes. No idea, I don't really enjoy these things anymore, I just do them automatically, that might be some kind of belief that is holding us back, but still, I didn't close this chapter of my life. Karmic circle or some shit, not sure what else is there to do in that manner, I really tried everything.
