Someone or something is what you imagine. No thing is conscious of sound. Sound is just an appearance within DE.

Someone behind the mask of persona is more imagination. When the imagination ceases, the persona will cease. 
 

The idea that there is a thing watching is just an idea. All that there is, is DE.

 

Snapping your fingers and listening to sound already assumes duality as truth. It implies a listener and snapper. There is just Pure Being or DE

Whatever it is you think you are, you are imagining it.

But even to call it a myth adds more imagination to the imagination that is happening NOW.
