Self-sabotage

2 posts in this topic

The problem i'm facing right now is very embarassing to me. I'm in college and I cant focus to study well. I keep getting these bad results over and over again even I'm being fully conscious about it.

I been very sad about it lately. Its like an spiral of procrastination and laziness. I'm 27 which makes me feel even more frustated.

I dont know if I'm depressed or having an existential crisis. I do like the career though.

Try changing things up , you may be in a rut,  an improved diet less pot or alcohol if you partake.
More rest less TV and fresh air instead of staying indoors.

Give yourself a regular study time , try after a meal as it makes one feel more sedentary.

And then there's you and what you should do to improve your happiness and drive , Its suggested with good reason to start with meditation , 20 or 30 min a day more if you like to teach yourself to be more aware.

I felt like I got immediate results from my first 20 minutes of meditation , by the end of the first week of 20 min a day I was aware fast when my mind began to wander onto unproductive thoughts.  Its very calming.

You can learn to control what thoughts you engaged in your daily life for starters , that's as far as I have learned
