I don't, it's just a story aswell. I don't know if I know or not know the truth. I don't know anything really. Ahh -  I don't know the truth, therefor I don't know what is the truth and what is not... so maybe I know the truth but I don't know that it is the truth. What the fuck is this universe even lmao, it's so weird, I love it.

This is really great. See, you are aware that you don't know. This could mean that there's a whole another level you could operate at other than knowledge, which is awareness.

The whole inquiry can be summarized in three simple steps:

  1. The first step in the inquiry is to know that there's something called truth (which you already do).
  2. The second step is to define it correctly and as clearly as possible intellectually.
  3. The final step is to find that definition in your direct experience, i.e. to recognize or become aware of the truth that you have identified intellectually.

Some side thoughts that may be useful;

If the truth is absolutely true, does knowledge/awareness of it affect its trueness? Or is it always true regardless? If it is affected, how can it be true? If not, then it should always be the case regardless of everything. What is always the case regardless of everything?

Ah, like leos how to contemplate using a journal video

He says: write down the question and then write down: "The truth is ____". And fill in the blank with the answer.

I also struggle with feeling worthy sometimes. The trick is that there is no such thing as being worthy or unworthy. Just do whatever you want to do, talk to a girl or enter into a relationship and don't give a fuck about whether you are worthy or not. Stop caring about it and see how it goes. I will report back.

@SamC There is already good advice here Sam. I might also add that the voice never looses or wins, it just does so if you think so. Be with the voice. Don't react. Stay with yourself.
