Many people noticed something fishy when watching her videos, a sort of negative energy hidden. Now we know why.

Teal Swan does give some good points from time to time but her points are usually hidden and the message isn't so clear-cut. Her videos are usually quite long but only contain one or two main messages. And you probably need to pay attention to  get her message.

"Multiple selves" is basic analytical psychology, from Jung to Internal Family Systems.

They call it subpersonalities or parts.

The Voice Dialogue technique is by Hal and Sidra Stone, it's a technique that predates Teal Swan.
