Wanted to share some maps and map explanations I found surfing on -supposedly- arhat Daniel Ingram website. Apparently they are a expansion of the vipassana map and the jhanas map. I found them very interesting and so might you.

It's really hard to get enlightened masters to map anything out. Like pulling teeth.

Nice! Daniel wrote a book called Mastering the Core Teachings of the Buddha also. Very insightful. But I prefer Culadasa style of practice, mastering the jhanas instead of practicing dry-vipassana like Daniel suggests.

@Capethaz just bougth mctb, great book indeed. I like vipassana better you know, seems more objective to me like.

@InsidesOut Have you read Culadasa's book "The Mind Illuminated"? It's fucking awesome, very dense and with precise instructions.

Great share. Oh now I understand this experience I got. I woke up then I close my eyes and I was seeing with eyes closed some market place Very vividly like I was there. Very strange but amazing what "mind" can do.
