My suspicion tells me this is some kind of deliberate hoax so he can delay the election and do some illegal shit to tamper with the system in some way.

An ego like that just doesn't give up when they are cornered, it will do ANYTHING no matter how outrageous to preserve itself.

He probably knows he'll lose the election and doesn't want to go to jail  since he won't be able to leverage his power anymore to keep him out.

You can be relatively lucky sometimes and drive and text at the same time and never get in an accident. Some people just get good luck. Regeneron reported on it last week. It’s not a vaccine. These antibodies are produced in a lab and injected into people that have the virus. It’s only in early clinical trials, yet the stuff works. Unfortunately, few people have access.
