Hello friends. 

I will be using this thread to keep track of my journey with binaural beats.

minimum of 15 minutes per day

Day 1: listened for about and hour and 20 minutes, walking. Felt rejuvenated afterward. and somewhat "high"-- it was quite nice and I feel more than motivated. who knows. I had the insight that if you wanna be alpha, you should listen to alpha waves.

Day 2: approx 15 minutes of alpha waves and 35 minutes of theta waves. took a walk on alpha waves. had a very lucid nap on theta waves-- verrry refreshing. got a lot of writing done today,, exited

The different wavelengths affect your brain differently

I transferred caffeine use to sugar. 
days 3&4 more of the same. Enjoyable
