resources of developing visualization power

   I've done some chess, some art works of landscapes and creatures, and played video games with different camera views. I've had strange experiences with voices early childhood, had experienced a haunting long ago, and another paranormal event that lasted for 7 years to today. Due to my strange experiences, I explored the internet and stumbled upon these resources, and not only did I boosted my ability to imagine, but I also learned and found some reconciliation with some of the stranger events in my past:

I used to have an insane imagination, but meditation completely destroyed it. I literally cannot think unless I'm required to, and those thoughts only last for microseconds. It's kinda sad but also freeing.

@Carl-Richard I have an almost reality replacing imagination and cannot hold ruminating thoughts for long (have to write them down). Are the short-lived thoughts because of meditation or heavy metal influence?

How do I know? I only have long thoughts when I'm about to fall asleep or if I'm very sleep deprived.

@Carl-Richard @Loving Radiance  Meditation has increased my imagination and focus. Normally, negative experiences of meditation are uncommon. Maybe try another technique, and probably get some winter's rest and leave the seafood be.

I haven't meditated for 7 months and I don't eat seafood. Nothing wrong with my focus though.

There are imagination exercise on youtube called shapes meditation that helps you develop your imagination and visualisation.

   I've done these types of visualization practices. These types where you increase the number of objects you imagine, the quality and scale are pretty powerful.

   Tulpamancy is a bit more demanding on focus ability and sensory input.
