100 Days Nofap Challenge

66 posts in this topic

Oh well, relapsed 3 days ago! However, it wasn't the same method of masturbation or the same type of pornography that I've done thousands of times in the past. It was a full body orgasm with a lot of love and a lot of visual hallucinations! I can't really call such an intense release a relapse. The effects are weaker now but the glow is still lingering, and I'm taking this glow with me to the next part of this Nofap journey!

I have tried first hand and notice significant difference when I stop ejaculating. I am still a newbie and nowhere near 100 days, but together with my meditation practices I get so much more energy and magic starts happening. I feel much more confident and content.

Some golden information inside of this video. This man speaks my language. Try the 100 day challenge with me if you want to try! Don't forget this is best done together with an energetic practice (yoga of some kind or another) so that all the new energy you get doesn't get stagnant and you use it to the fullest to become your best version in this world.

Oooh yeah! Good luck, I'm diving  deep.=)

I’m two weeks in and now it started getting hardddd.
I hope it will worth it!!

You can say so... Other stuff have happened which show me nofap is important on a much deeper spiritual level... I was shown 2 versions of sadhguru - 1 with nofap and the other who talk about nofap but does fap in secret... It was parallel reality stuff. I don't want to be the hypocrite version hehe

We are vessels for God's spirit, we need to treat our bodies with respect

My experience and deep experimenting with this topic tells us that when you ejaculate, you release all the chi, prana and energetic life force that has been accumulated since your last ejaculation, with the intention of creating the very best sperm cell possible for your offspring. This requires a huge amount of energy from all the organs and systems of your body and after this ejaculation, the body and your subconscious mind feel like: 'our job is done here', and as you surely have felt as a male, ejaculation drains you deeply, robbing you from awareness, attention and overall energy. Energy that could be spent on other things, such as for example self-actualizing, mastery and reinventing yourself (which obviously demands a lot of energy).

When you're fapping frequently you're basically wasting your energy away. But on the other hand, ejaculating can also be a great tool for destressing, when the pressure of life is too high so to speak. Find your balance is key, and I'd say one ejaculation once every 10 days is ideal when self-actualizing.

@Dodo I know. But sometimes God isn't treating our body well too.

Anyway, what did you find out about the spiritual no-fap side

it was the first thing shown to me when I went to parallel timeline with youtube, immediately it showed me nofap, it was a message to be serious about it. I literally saw a Sadhguru version which was stripped of all vitality, like a hellish version of Sadhguru to scare me away from fapping! Nofap is a pretty spiritual thing and very important. I do not see why we need to unwind by fapping off, there are other ways to unwind like colouring or reading. We have truly been made into beasts if we cant let this go.

The video shown to me was regular Sadhguru talking about nofap and then it switched to a the version of him I just mentioned which was like poorman's sadhguru... Im nottouching my peepee after this :D
