Spirituality circular logic

- God is good.

+ How and why did you conclude that?

- Everything that is, is good. If it wasn't good it couldn't and therefore wouldn't be. (epitome of circular logic).

+ Okay. How do you know that?

- Because God is perfect and only creates good things. If you are omniscient and omnipotent, what kind of things will you manifest?

+ All kinds of things, not necessarily good things. There seems to be a missing link here. What do omniscience and omnipotence have to do with goodness? What is the relationship between goodness and knowing and power?

- You are not awake, devil.

Hark ye yet again — the little lower layer. All visible objects, man, are but as pasteboard masks. But in each event — in the living act, the undoubted deed — there, some unknown but still reasoning thing puts forth the mouldings of its features from behind the unreasoning mask. If man will strike, strike through the mask! How can the prisoner reach outside except by thrusting through the wall? To me, the white whale is that wall, shoved near to me. Sometimes I think there's naught beyond. But 'tis enough.

How do you know there is god? Also, omniscient and omnipotent are loaded words. How do you know such thing exists?

No. That is a just circular concept you created. God is an infinite point, meaning that it's exactly itself. How could it be anything else?

That is good skepticism if you're not convinced. You don't have to take anything for granted. You can verify those things for yourself.

The reason why hundreds of people, including "gurus" like Leo Gura, who despite having done hundreds of psychedelics trips and claims to have accessed states of consciousness more powerful than anyone alive, never straight up admitted that he's enlightened is because of one simple reason, he's not there yet lol.
