Makes sense it would be rare

Ye sounds logical.

For me the big turning point happened after an intense dream I had about 1.5 yeas ago. Before that I always struggled with social anxiety, especially talking and approaching female. I had a dream in wish I had a situation to approach my crush at that time, I was too afraid to do it (within the dream, just like in “real life”). Then I had a thought wish was “what if this is just a dream and I just do it?” The next thought within the dream was: “ This never ever is a dream, this feels so real,” and I didn’t approach her, in the dream. This literally broke me. In a good way. From this point on I just could not take myself and all my bullshit serious anymore, because the idea that “real life” could just be my dream as well wasn’t to far off the more I thought about it. This dream was the hilarious gamechanger for me.
