Yes, I know, it is very long, but it's worth of it. Just start watching it. For us it sounds like pretty much summary of the stuff that Leo says, but I watched it yesterday, and, yeah, it is always a good idea to remind the basic principles to yourself. Really, understanding and following the basic principles is 98% of effectiveness.
