But Pence doesn't have the X factor needed to woo Republicans. Whereas for the Democrats, you need a bigger X factor like Obama, historic proportions or someone handsome like Bill Clinton to woo them. To Dems the outward appearance matters a lot. Maine also is given to Biden according to NBC... If Philly was allowed to count VBM on Nov. 3rd, Biden would have a huge lead now and PA would be like AZ.
