I have been looking over the trends today so far on : ABC, NBC, CBS, are they good? for the follow up of American Politics, also for juicy insights and interesting commentary for improving language skills. Covid related fear of crowds? 1) Dems take covid more seriously, so they are less likely to vote in person. 2) I think mail-in ballots are more popular in big cities for a variety of reasons, one of which might be more difficulty voting in person in high-density areas. Even in the states or counties that mandate masks, that mandate is merely a suggestion. The only thing that could have happened differently is if we had a true leader that encouraged mask wearing, instead of outright ridiculing it.
