Looks like some serious case to study in sociology in the upcoming years, it's like some kind of Stockholm syndrom, but for an entire country. To be fair, a lot of these states have not counted all their mail in ballots and Democrats tend to mail their votes in rather than show up (can confirm, that’s what I did), so we don’t really know what is going on.
