Historically, hippies arrived before emos and goths, so no.

I think incels is definitely something that is from it. Maybe you can call incels a more civilized version of emo's.

From what I remember, emo people were always highly depressed and hating towards everybody, so there might be some merit to this idea

You can point out similarities, but I wouldn't ascribe some historical relationship or continuity between the two. I don't think emo/goth "lead to" incels, but they can be based on the same insecurities and needs either way.
