Best earplugs for sleeping

For those who live in a quite noise polluted neighborhood like me, you guys should try these custom sleep earplugs from Big Ear. They are so soft and comfortable to wear and really helps me get some good quality sleep. I feel more energized everyday since I got them and I just want others to experience this too.

Disposable cheap foam ones are surprisingly effective and comfortable for me. Expensive ones that aren't disposable are often uncomfortable and need washing which can be annoying.
