There cannot be such a simple answer to this question.

It all depends. It varies from person to person and it even varies for the same person depending on his point on the path. And they are not mutually exclusive but all synergize together.

But if you want to talk about which method will raise consciousness the most within 30 minutes, no doubt psychedelics beat everything else.

@Leo Gura I'm guessing 5-meo DMT is really the biggest key to paradise, absolute infinity, the godhead, after watching all your vids and reading up on it. Meditating has really been good for calming and centering the mind to realize more of what's going on.

If God is equal to Nirvana, can you attain Nirvana and then lose it again? Because that wouldn't seem like a very... "nirvanic" quality to me.

Nirvana isn't something to attain. There is no one to attain it.

You are Nirvana itself. Nirvana is always the case. The question is if you are willing to see it or not. Most aren't, since this "seeing" presupposes the death of (complete letting go of) the individual separate self, which most aren't willing to let go of, since they identify so much with it (their personhood ... oh this sweet, sweet, bittersweet illusion <3).

Give up. Surrender. Let go.
