I Finally Feel More Freedom

This is my story for those who are meditating for a lot of time and received very poor benefits,or even made it worse in some of their life parts

one month and a half ago i finally met the single person that is involved in meditation and yoga from my city(he was kind of a yoga master),he gave me a big face when i told him that one day i sat 6 hours in meditation and got no achieves :)) .he told me this :'' yes,pain is the best tool to transcend ,but,you must take it in moderation,stop butchering your body,if you want to transcend ,first you need to take care of your body'' . Now i am doing yoga and meditation ,i am going to forest every day ,and eating lacto-vegan.I got to admit that these last two weeks i felt like never before ,finally i had enough energy to feel the pain, maybe i had an ''extatic experience'' in my meditation practice ,but that was NOTHING comparing to the constant energy and autenticity that i have right now.

     -What i did in this one month:

if i felt that the pain is too intense and i could not observe it ,i went to the forest ( if we are from the forest,it can give us a sort of energy that we used to have before we built houses,cityes,and whe ran away from our native places)

i started to do what i like again,because i needed more energy for meditation

when i go to the forest,i am visualising everything that makes me suffer,just to accept the suffering

i do yoga every day and a breathing exercise

i am more careful with my body and what i am eating

     -What i achieved in this one month:

i have ALOT of energy, yesterday i climbed ''Ceahlau'' a mountain from my country ( 1907 meters height) ate very poor before that and holding in my hands a bag   of 22 pounds (and still had alot of energy before that)

i am doing more things without thinking of them,i mean,i do not think that a single day of this month passed without climbing a mountain and doing much more stuff

i have much more control over my decisions

i am able to use my attention much better

i got better with girls :P (god bless meditation :)) ) 

i am more sociable 

my constant state (my well-being) is getting better and better every day

      -My advices for you guys

-Do NOT exagerate the meditation ,observe the pain in moderation ,if you do that every time without a break( without recharging yourself) you will create more neurosis (as i did)

-concentrate on your energy,go into forest, connect with nature,the quietness and energy of nature will give you enough power to feel the pain (preferable to feel the pain in nature)

-take care of your body,if your body is feeling good,you are feeling good

-DO NOT butcher yourself,set a limit in your meditation habit,if you are meditating,and it is feeling worse,more meditation wont do any better (6 hours of meditation guys...six hours for nothing...)

-the meditation posture IS important  ,when you are meditating ,do not just sit hunched

-try yoga :)

                       Things are going to get much much better in time,as long as i keep my practice
