I am traumatized. Help!!

These thoughts are fed by like a wound in me that's not yet healed. I guess that what we call trauma.

@Eren Eeager  That right there is quite paradoxical. I know it can be hard sometimes, but try to notice how life is giving you opportunities to expand your capacity to love. Gradually you will realize how much you love yourself
