I am needy

5 posts in this topic

Hi guys,

I am man 26 years old.

I find myself very needy and codependent when it comes with relationships with people especialy girls.

I am looking for love and fulfilment unconsciousnessly every time i like a girl and becoming very needy, and i never manage to get that  girl.

I do everything not showing that neediness and i am very careful with my behavior. However i thing that people and especialy girls can sense that in me.

What is the problem with my neediness, why i get so attached to people and invest so much emotionally even if they do not reciprocate.

As I have the same problem I found that I dont love myself enough and i dont apreciate how much of great man I am.

Im learning now how to interact with a girl such I am the prize, not her. I cant tell yet if its works practically but it makes me more confident.

I watched a lot of self help videos about it.

You need to invest more time into this and rewards will occur.

Leo have a lot of videos about it as he had the same problem.

@Kiko

Put more time & attention to hobbies, friendships & interests that are joyful for you. Less ‘good feeling comes from girls’, more ‘good feeling is available to ya 24/7’.

Here are some things to reduce neediness.

Internal:

- Discover your inner self-worth

- Work on your self-love and self-acceptance

External:

- Meet more girls. Like x10 more.
