Dream Memory

Hey everybody,

since a few weeks i have a strange phenomenon about dreaming. Some hours after waking up i recall a memory about some conversion i had with somebody. After a few minutes recalling this memory i realize that i actually dreamed this memory. Can anybody give me clue what that means ?
