Need some help

In the last weeks it feels like my head is physically bigger than it actually is. Like im super identified with my mind which makes my head feel big in my direct experience. Also it seems like my imagination is on overdrive. I guess a good description is it feels like my third eye chakra is overactive. Any ideas?

@FlowerNote it would help to know if you have had diet or lifestyle changes in last few weeks, or have been smoking tons of pot?

@seeking_brilliance Yeah ive been smoking weed daily, quit it now. My sleep cycle is also fucked up im trying to fix it now. And now that you say it my diet hasnt been good as well. I hope those are the main factors.

Marijuana does put imagination into overdrive, even more so if you've also been doing other psychedelics. And in my theory it also sends your conscious mind into the same brain waves as when we are dreaming, but very subtly. Your head is just the right size, I promise ?.  Or maybe it's ready to pop and you can become headless ?
