My chakras are gone now. How do I rebuild them?

I’ve recently have had two seizures. In the second one my spine was injuries.
 

Now all my chakras are gone. How do I rebuild my chakras up to my crown again?

@Thewritersunion You don't build chakras, you build consciousness. If you become aware of some strange experience of chakras arising then great but focus on actuality.

Chakras are in our energy body. If we are alive, we have them all. They may be dormant however owing to blockages. Fear is the blockage.

No point focusing on chakras. They will come into our active awareness automatically. For example, when we see we don’t focus upon the eyes. We simply see. The sensory instrument responds.
