@Natasha I would count out any food that can't be grown. Dead animal meat or lifeless animal eggs, I wouldn't consider high vibrational.

Try anything high in polyphenols, low in lectins, high in healthy fats, and nutrients. e.g. berries, coffee, avocados, eggs, olive oil, broccoli, etc.

Alternatively, approach it by cutting out any foods that may be messing with the systems in your body like fertilisers, mould, or gluten
