Consider your entertainment as either consumption or creation.  I find the latter to be more fulfilling.

Personally, Adam G gotta get dat sweat out on the daily, yo.

sleeping, binge eating, fapping, browsing shit on net, playing video games

Hope to get rid of them all except sleeping and (hopefully) turn sleeping into actualization aspect someday.

OK, I am starting 30 day challenge today and will made a public journal to keep me accountable.

No fapping, No browsing shit on net, No playing video games from today.

I'll deal with eating later, it's a little more complicated matter.

I exercise every day and I enjoy learning languages. I'm currently studying Korean, French and a little bit of Russian.

Remember that you have to replace a negative habit with a good one. If you're good at something creative, do that instead.

For an example: I write and produce music. I often go to places online like Spotify and Soundcloud and dissect new tracks for fun. I just find a random track, decide what I like and dislike about it, and write down the stuff I like in a notebook or my Notes app. I do this a lot, and I get better every year because of it!

If you just wanna relax, lie in bed with the lights out. It'll charge you right up.

ALSO: If you slip up, don't be an asshole to yourself. Imagine yourself like a little kid. You wouldn't scold a little kid by degrading them, right? (hopefully not) Tell yourself that you have a lot of time to improve, so taking this single action in the moment will move me towards general improvement.
