I almost gave up

3 posts in this topic

3 years ago before I  graduated my mbbs i had food poisoning , since then Im having chronic constipation, steatorrhea, bloating, weight loss issues, fatigue.. I went to range of doctors, done all tests but everything revealed normal except some mild erosion in small intestine. so each doctor labelled my condtion as IBS. It's so frustrating because I studied in medical school for 6 years but can't diagnose my own condition. I thought it would be microbiome issue, I tried kefir, fermented foods but no luck... I tried everything water fasting, frutitarian diet, raw milk diet, juicing. I tried urine therapy too? yeah but no luck. I'm so spiritual since starting from late teen years. I do yoga, meditation before my isuues. But this pushed me deeply. I really understand what pain is, what suffering is. Having normal poop with urge is so good you know but it turns out be my goal. I just want to tell you guys be careful with what you're putting through in your body either it be chemical, food, information. You need good health. Flower(consciousness) will bloom gradually if you're healthy. Don't do hard drugs even be careful with psychedelics. I'm finding ways to surrender but it's been so difficult for me  especially in quarentine days. I'm just 25, Idk what I'm goona do in future having mbbs degree. I lost so many friends. I'm so skinny now having social phobias.

What is mbbs, IBS?

Long shot but, might all this be some underlying untreated emotional thing that you are not putting attention to?

is there anything that you are not willing to look into?

there is LOTS of people that literally emotionally distress get transformed into physical illness and it tends also to follow this same premise, "doctors try everything, I try everything, nothing works".

hypnosis can be your friend when it comes to auto-immune/ esoteric illnesses.

untreated emotions, the same way you feel fear in the stomach (for example), something might scare you enough and for long enough that being scared was the norm, not even remembering what for, then after years of that, the tissues begin to suffer from the permanent tensions....

just my five cents.

Anyway, anything that comes to mind as you contemplate the possibility of some emotional, seemingly unrelated, and definitely unresolved thing being the underlying cause of this? maybe you could journal a bit on that?

I know how hard it can be my friend, I truly feel for you. I have gone through something very similar myself, others tend to think it's likely to be psychosomatic but you'll know if there's definitely something wrong with you because of the physical symptoms. In my experience, it's likely to be some underlying systemic cause that is out of the scope of modern medicine. Don't give up, keep exploring, people are there for you if you need. Good luck, there is a solution - even if just partial - if you keep going.
