Nervous system is moving?

Hello guys, I just have taken 500mg of 1p lsd, and I literally feel my nervous system moving. Is it normal?

Surrender to that infinite web of tactile/visual info and remain still and very open-hearted — see how far it can take you. Allow it to take away your memories temporarily and see where that leads ;) / where it points / where it’s coming from / what it’s made of.
