Knowledge is something you know, not just what you can say. Saying something doesnt make it knowledge. But knowledge is real, its not that nothing can be known. But its hard to know what you know, if you know what i mean.

Pretty sure the original source of that quote is from Jared Diamond's "Guns, Germs, and Steel" book on the history of civilizations.  I think it came from Papa New Guinea.  But don't quote me on this ;P
