LSD, sleeping society and the chains of the mind

6 posts in this topic

So in my last LSD trip I became aware again that 99% of people are asleep. This time I became aware that they are asleep ( me either when I’m unconscious) because they are not aware of how their mind analyse reality.
Their minds are locked in a conceptual structures that they adopted since childhood. They see reality only trough some rigid structures build by abstract concepts and this make them act like some unconscious machines. Language itself it’s an abstracts concept and a prisons for the mind. All this concepts are like chains that lock the mind.

For you to be free ( in some degree)you have to be conscious enough to see how you analyse realty trough concepts.

What do you think about that ? Do you think that my idea make sense ?

It makes sense, but what is the alternative?

The mind has to be filled with concepts. Language has to be imbued with concepts otherwise your words won't make sense.

If there were no conceptual structures, no abstract concepts, no language, how can you ask if your ideas make sense?

Everything is necessary to make sense of anything.

William Blake said "As a man is, So he sees". The "is" refers to belief structures which are imparted by ones culture/society, and ones perceptions and hence "reality" is simply proof-positive of ones ideas. LSD expands what the possibilities around the "is" are.

- it is not your idea. what you became conscious of was an insight from God/Love. In that sense, it was YOUR idea, as God, hehe, but not as the person you will believe you are (doesn't exist).

- "your" insight is golden, and as an enlightened avatar I can confirm that your insight is "on point", so to speak;)

- to expand/elaborate on your insight: yes, most people are not aware of the ground they are standing on. I.e. they are not aware that their view of viewing reality (which then becomes their reality) is something they bought from their environment during childhood/teenage-years/early 20's.

- they are thus unconcious of the fact that their view on reality is fundamentally a belief-system, not grounded in much direct experience.

- yes, they are thus locked. very rigid. not willing to see things from other perspectives, as they think other perspectives are false. ego, ego, ego, unconsciousness on top of more unconsciousness. They are afraid to even consider other perspectives, as their sense of self (what they believe they are) is built around this unconscious belief system (the way they view reality).

- language itself is a game and is how the mind works. through language. (language = thoughts). The mind is a powerful tool, and does NOT *need* to be a prison, but often becomes a prison, because people let their mind control them unconsciously. Enligthenment is basically taking control over the mind and using it properly. It is an immensely powerful tool for both "good and bad" things. When you become conscious of how it works, well, that's enligthenment. That's spirituality. That's psychedelics. That's meditation.

- yes, freedom = consciousness. The more conscious you become of your inner workings, the more free you become. Liberation from mind. Throw in some love as well. Don't forget to love yourself, no matter how much shit you become conscious of (there will be a lot of shit for everyone).

Yes indeed. Great insight.
