İ wanted to, and i ordered Dream Leaf online. But it got confiscated by customs in my country + i got a warning for trying to import illegal substances :S

Maybe you can order it domestically so it never even touches customs.

I just found out that I am taking L-Theanine through drinking matcha once or twice a week. But I didn't know the effect of it.

Melatonin will certainly help you lucid dream. It is the neurotransmitter involved in regulating your circadian rhythms, and it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier. Taking melatonin will make your dreams much more vivid.
