How to Manifest?

9 posts in this topic

Could you make some sort of guide or tips for manifesting. And could you give an example  for things from  different fields. ex: how to manifest a relationship, how to manifest a stable financial situation, how to manifest a car, how to manifest the end of coronavirus (idk). Just some examples that are not necessarily money or physical stuff.

Meditation every morning & Dream Board.
Start a dream board, hang it on the most visible place.
Write what you want on a dream board in a positive way (no no, no blaming). Say, instead of writing "I don't have acne" write "I have a clean skin".
The main point is what you write should feel good to you. Due to this reason you may describe why you want it.
Meditation is essential for letting go the resistance.
I may recommend to listen to Abraham Hicks :)

@allislove By resistance you mean something like this?: Let’s say I have acne, so i write in my dream board “i have clear skin” but I deep down “know/think” I don’t have clear and actually have acne. That train of thoughts is what you would call resistance? Does meditation help get through this negative thoughts, which claim to be the truth?

@Alfonsoo exactly :) happy to see that we are on the same page ;)

The only thing which stops you from getting what you want is the beliefs that don't feel good to you.
And there is a reason why it doesn't feel good to you because it's a lie.
Meditation & Dream Board is just helping you to let go of the resistance.
Also, basics like a clean diet, enough physical activity is very important too.

Be what you want to manifest; NOW.

Cultivate the frequency/feeling of already 'having it' within your being. Whatever 'it' might be.

Imagination/visualization can be very powerful, too. A dreamboard as well. But not if you are disconnected from how you're feeling right now. The frequency must match.

Walk towards your visions and goals; knowing that you've already made it.

@allislove Also, I read somewhere that once you’ve got your objective, you need to start taking actions you think are going to get you towards the goal. Like you said about the clean diet for acne. Also i read that if you let people know your trying to manifest it will interfere, idk if that’s true or will it only be try if i believe it.

@Alfonsoo

I mentioned a clean diet in the previous message without relation to acne.
The basics like the clean diet, physical activity, good sleep habits are essential for spiritual growth. The body should be well served in other words.

Once you wrote what you want on a dream board the mistake is to think how to get it. On this step, the only thing to pay attention to is how you feel. Thinking about how to get something is about the future or past. Clarity on how to get what you want is always now. To be present in the current moment you should feel yourself - loving. To be loving you should let go resistance. To let go of the resisting thoughts − spiritual practices to the rescue ;)

It all comes down to how you feel about people you want to share your ideas. If you have a self-realized friend who will encourage you to get what you want, who accepts you as you are, who tells you the truth, if you always feel good after a conversation with this friend - then share your ideas.

@allislove Last thing: when i write stuff down how specific do I need to be. The acne example is a bit to simple but, for example, if I’m trying to manifest a partner (girlfriend,etc) do I need to write how she looks, her personality etc. Or just write “I have a girlfriend”.?

@Alfonsoo

I suggest being as specific as you want, don't overthink it too much.
Don't be too dry though, since it's all about feeling. You have to feel how good it is like you already have it.
You can write 20 sentences describing why you want to have a girlfriend, what are you going to do together? :x

Feel free to send a PM if you have any further "The Dream Board" questions.

I recommend to read through:
