Meditation has helped me during quarantine

Hi all, 

I'm new to this forum but wanted to hop in on a discussion right away! I wanted to start out by saying, Guided Meditations are my go-to when seeking a way to calm anxiety & relax myself into a state of mindfulness of my surroundings. With that said, I've found a lot of meditations but came across one in particular that was helpful. It focuses on breathing & really just being aware of your body & surroundings. It's a bit rough to get through at times, but if you really are mindful about it, it's super good. Just figured I would share and let this be the launching off point of my account here at Actualized.org!

Love guided meditations. Maybe i'm just bad at meditating but they get me really deep into the meditative state. I like the imagery here too.

Would you say that the meditations on the channel I posted are good? Being new to this I'm not sure if they are good and if they are why they are good and if not, why they are not good. Any thoughts?
