Nice to hear a voice of reason amongst nutritionists. The best foods for neurogenesis are all full of healthy fats. Eggs, salmon, sardines, butter and coconut oil are the best. On top of that, the gut-brain connection is the greatest predictor of overall health and also your cognitive functioning. Most people don't get enough fiber in their diet so they get constipated and brain fog. Ty for sharing this.
