the infinite is experiencing them all at once. 

consider the infinite-one like you who is the entire body. you feel the feelings in your fingers, feet, face, etc... different places. but you are the central feeler of them all. 

 

but from POV of the finger and foot etc. they only feel the feelings of themself. the finger will feel only finger-feelings and not in the foot. the foot will feel only the touches of the foot, not the finger/hands.

 

but YOU (the one who know yourself to be, as the one in the body) are feeling the finger and the foot and all else.

Why is the finger not able to experience the human body whereas we are able to experience consciousness?

because that WE you wrote above is not the human-body... it already IS consciousness itself. 

consciousnesses experiences itself

 

just as the whole-body-being (whole) experiences the body and not the finger (part)

same way, consciousness/we (whole) experience ourselves, not the soonhei/an young being (parts)
