Trouble connecting with SD Tier 1 people

I mean, this is pretty normal. Barely anyone is actually doing serious personal development work to the point they reach tier 2.

As for how to find those people, the only way I know is a) find communities like this where you're more likely to find them and b) use the law of attraction. The odds of stumbling across someone like-minded by chance alone when you're a minority is very low.

I disagree, this is dismissive. Some people actually are highly developed, it's not arrogance. And finding like-minded people who share the same values across multiple areas of life (not just a few) when you're at this level can be really hard. Small talk just doesn't cut it.
