I am truly afraid of my self, once I saw myself and I went nuts. The fear was terrible, but at that moment I didn't know. I thought I was crazy.

 

Now that I understand, I would like to have that experience again, but Is not happening.

Nisargadatta says that his teacher told him to be aware, but it seems to work differently depending on the person, their experiences...

Right now I think we have to keep being aware and hope for the best...
