Recently I came to know about the importance of online reviews from a blog post (http://investigationhotline.org/online-reviews/). It's really important to have good client reviews to build a good reputation. I have heard about some people who will make online activities make bad reviews about one company. Is there any ways to protect our business from these fake reviews.

I don't think there's really a way to stop people writing fake or bad reviews, but if you can get your business/product reviewed on user-generated-reviews, that could help combat the lies - especially if the site has good web authority
