Meditating/mindfulness are not strengthening a muscle, theyre unlearning an addiction

Fully embracing the present moment is transcending thoughts and concepts.

Our chemistry has been turned against us and weaponized as an object of addiction by culture. 

Unlearning this through meditation and mindfulness is shedding these addictions.
