Yes. Last 4 months was complete depression, and last week was all paranoia, i felt i was stuck in the prison of body Forever and the voice in my head was too loud, all week, i hardly stopped myself to go to hospital and take some relief meditations

I literally know that i am dying because it feels really dying and going crazy full paranoia. I exactly know how people go crazy with the voice in them heads, it is completely hell  anytime
