I have heard of this concept of being tricked into enlightenment or tricked into healing. I do think that some phrases can help you to do something that brings enlightenment. Its not the words but what you do/ dont do after contemplating them. I dont want to limit the possible ways that enlightenment may come about in my mind, maybe there are new ways to discover:) for each of us
