Yes, but that is also easy for them to do now because they are not in a position of power yet. It serves the progressive survival agenda to rip apart neoliberals because the neoliberals are in power. But once progressives get into positions of power they will start to use double-standards to excuse away their selfish behaviors.

The real test of your integrity is when you have serious power. It's easy to act noble and righteous when you are powerless.

I hadn’t thought of that. . . I also think it’s harder to call out one of your own. When Warren accused Bernie of telling her “A woman couldn’t become president”, I felt a strong repulsive reaction to it and was like “Bernie would never say that”. I took effort to step back and be open to the possibility that Bernie did say it.

That's exactly what Republicans do with Trump.

My parents often say “Republicans treated Obama fairly. They gave him a fair shot. Yet from day 1, Democrats have had it out for Trump. They never gave him a fair shot”. 

If Biden wins, it will be interesting to see how CNN and MSNBC criticize and defend him. And will Greens criticize Biden from above?, or will they be too scared returning to Trumpian rule if they criticize Biden too hard? I imagine a lot of Orange neoliberals will tell that to green progressives to tone them down.

The mind uses double-standards, confirmation bias, projection, denial, and justification to enforce its self-bias.

This is the hard part for me. I saw you put in an earlier thread, "If you really want to grow, drop your worldview and try to look at the world from Tucker's POV until you understand its appeal." Which I completely agree with but this is so hard to do knowing the whole spiral and the fact that people lower down the spiral have all these mind traps.

My suggestion she is a puppetmaster was in jest. That isn’t her orientation.

You are unaware of her intelligence. I’d recommend watching some of her longer in-depth interviews. She is one of the highest conscious members of Congress. Green is as high as congress goes in the U.S. for now.

I've seen enough of her I think. Perhaps, her values and heart are in the right place. Though her Green seems incredibly naive, immature, and underdeveloped.

I'm sure they could find someone better to lead the cause but maybe she's the perfect reflection of those she represents. Just my opinion, I just hope for more for your countries sake (assuming you're American that is :P)
