Meditation in Orange Light

Can someone give me information on, "meditating in orange light?" 

The person who did reiki on me during my trip said I need this. She really helped me and I'd like to look into her suggestion. 

I havent found a lot online on how to do this practically but this is what I've found so far:

"Charging the auric field, increasing sexual potency, increasing the immunity system."

I have a orange salt lamp that I use when I meditate and or use dmt works pretty good.

the second chakra as color is known as an orange chakra and simply seeing orange things might help it but in the short run.

but at the end of the day, the ultimate purpose of meditation is to withdraw all of the five senses in order to experience the beyond. nothing powerful than that!

If Light has a color, what color would it be?

If Light is invisible, how does it make everything visible? 

Try finding a prism and shine some light on it. In the reflection of the light, you will see that the Light is composed of all the visible colors of the rainbow, as well as all the invisible colors.

Every Light has Orange light if seen through the right eye. Well, through the left eye also.
